Terms of Service
1. Introduction
Welcome to HIRA (the “App”), a product of M2M Platform Pte. Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By
accessing or using the App,
you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to
these Terms,
please do not use our services.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well
as any additional
guidelines, policies, or rules that we may post. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms,
you should discontinue
use of the App immediately. When using the Services, you are entirely responsible for adhering to
the laws and
regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.
3. User Accounts, Passwords, and Security
- Account Registration: Some features of the App require you to create an
account. You agree to provide
accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such
information to keep it
accurate and complete.
- Password Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of
your password and account
information. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or
account or any other breach
of security.
- Account Security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your
account. We will not be
liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your password or account
information.
4. Access to Services - Subscriptions and Purchases
- Access and Use: Access to certain features and content may require a
subscription or purchase.
You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with your access to the App.
- Subscriptions: By subscribing to any services offered through the App, you
agree to pay the
subscription fees at the rates in effect when the charges are incurred. Subscription fees are
billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise noted.
- Purchases: All purchases made through the App are final and non-refundable,
except as required
by applicable law or explicitly stated in these Terms.
- Payment Processing: Payments are processed through third-party service
providers. We are not
responsible for any issues arising from payment processing.
5. User Comments and Suggestions
We welcome your feedback, comments, and suggestions for improving the App (“Suggestions”). By
submitting
any
Suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully
sublicensable
right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such Suggestions
worldwide in any media. We are under no obligation to use your Suggestions and you will not be
compensated
for them.
6. Indemnifications
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HIRA, its officers, directors, employees, agents,
and
affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses,
including
reasonable legal fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with:

Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property
right,
publicity, confidentiality, property, or privacy right.
7. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All content provided on the App, including but not limited to text,
images, audio, video, and
software (the “Content”), is the property of HIRA or its licensors and is protected by
copyright, trademark,
and other intellectual property laws.
- License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable
license
to access and use the
App for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include any resale or
commercial
use of the
App or its Content.
- Prohibited Use: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part
of
our Content without our
prior written consent.
8. Access and Use of Service
- Permitted Use: You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a
manner that does not infringe the
rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the App. Prohibited
activities include
harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or
offensive content,
or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the App.
- Service Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App,
temporarily or permanently,
with or without notice. You agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any
modification,
suspension, or discontinuance of the App.
- Termination of Access: We may terminate or suspend your access to the App
immediately, without prior notice
or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HIRA disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding
the App
and its Content. The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are not liable for
any
direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.
10. Warranty Disclaimer
HIRA makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the use or
the
results of this App in terms of its correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. The App is
provided on
an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied,
including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and
non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or
error-free, that
defects will be corrected, or that the App or the server that makes it available are free of viruses
or
other harmful components.
11. Disclaimers
The App provides informational content, including prayer times, Qibla directions, Quran recitations, and
wellness check-ins. This content is not intended to replace professional advice or guidance. We do not
guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information provided through the App.
AI Feature Disclaimer: The App includes an AI-powered feature designed to provide responses based on the
data and algorithms it is trained on. These responses are generated for informational purposes only and
should not be considered as official Islamic rulings (fatwa). The AI is not a substitute for scholarly
expertise, and its outputs should not be relied upon for making religious decisions, especially on
complex
matters of Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh).
We strongly advise users to consult with qualified Islamic scholars or authorities for accurate guidance
on
religious matters. The AI feature does not have the capability to understand or interpret individual
circumstances in a manner that a human scholar can. Therefore, while the AI aims to provide useful and
educational content, it should not be the sole resource for your religious inquiries or decisions.
12. User Information and Data Collection
- Data Collection: When you use the App, we collect certain information from you,
including but not limited to
personal information (such as your name, email address, and location) and usage data (such as
how you
interact with the App, the features you use, and the content you view). This information is

enhance your experience and improve the App’s functionality.
- Purpose of Data Collection: The data collected is used for the following

The information provided through the HIRA App is intended solely for general informational purposes
and
should not be relied upon as medical advice. The App’s wellness check-ins and other wellness-related
content
do not constitute medical, psychological, or healthcare services. You should not use the information
on the
App to diagnose or treat any health conditions or substitute it for advice from a qualified
healthcare
provider. Always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified health professionals with any
questions
you may have regarding your health. In case of a medical emergency, contact a healthcare provider
immediately.
14. Language Disclaimer
The HIRA App offers content in the following languages: English (UK), English (US), Arabic, French,
Bahasa
Indonesia, and Bahasa Melayu. We strive to ensure that the translations are accurate and convey the
intended
meanings across all languages. However, due to nuances and differences in language structures, there
may be
some variations in interpretation. The English version (UK) of these Terms of Service will prevail
in case
of any discrepancies or misunderstandings arising from translations into other languages.
15. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective
immediately
upon posting on the App. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your
acceptance of
the new Terms.
16. Miscellaneous
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the
remaining provisions
will remain in full force and effect.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the
entire agreement between
you and HIRA concerning your use of the App.
